Gymnastics is the foundation of all sports. Training in gymnastics leads to a more well rounded athlete, and those with a background in gymnastics naturally excel in other sports. Shooting Stars - 3 years olds
Classes are 45 minutes long and full of flippin' fun. Students in this class must be able to participate without parent's assistance . The many physical challenges are monitored for safety. Reinforcement of safety keeps these on-the-go kids safer at home, school, and on the playground. Classes center on coordination and balance with emphasis on learning basic gymnastics skills as a foundation for progression to the next level.

Shining Stars 4 & 5 year olds
Shining Stars continue to develop coordination and balance with fun activities. These are kids who are able to handle a 1 hour class which is more skill oriented, so as the year moves along, they work more gymnastics skills which will prepare them to move into out Goal Medalist Recreational program.


Super Stars - 4 - 6years old (advanced) BY INVITATION ONLY
Superstars is a 1 1/2 hour advanced pre-school class which is offered by invitation only. This class is structured to facilitate advancement of gymnastics skills while continuing the tradition of FUN. Gymnasts invited to this class have shown the self- motivation, attentiveness, and ability to work at a faster pace. The goal of Superstars is to prepare the gymnast for developmental, and someday, competitive team.
